Copyrights and Trademarks
The Client represents to the Developer and unconditionally guarantees that any elements of text,
graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork furnished to the Developer for inclusion
in the Client's Web site are owned by the Client, or that the Client has permission from the
rightful owner to use each of these elements, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend the
Developer and its subcontractors from any claim or suit arising from the use of such elements
furnished by the Client.
Ownership of Web Pages and Graphics
Copyright to the finished assembled work of Web pages produced by the Developer and graphics
shall be vested with the Client upon final payment for the project. This ownership is to include,
design, photos, graphics, source code, work-up files, text, and any program(s) specifically
designed or purchased on behalf of the Client for completion of this project.
Concept Design
The concept will include a sample web page (or multiple pages, depending on the nature of the site) with general marketing, branding, navigational and layout ideas. Concept designs will serve as potential
directions in which we will further develop the site. The files will be presented in sample website, and will be
delivered no later than 10 business days following approval of the proposal.
Maintenance
We provide a four-week testing period after the site launch. During this
time any technical issues will be resolved at no cost. After this period,
our obligations will be deemed fulfilled.
Text
All text matter will be supplied by the Client in electronic form and sent by CD/DVD or Email. Writing or content creation will be provided by us.
Graphic Creation / Logo / Banners / Video
All graphics (photographs, logos, artwork, or other) and video in popular format will be provided by Client in electronic form and sent by CD/DVD or Email.
Search Engine Registration
We will optimize the Client's Web site with appropriate titles, keywords, descriptions
and text for basic search engine rankings.
Cancellation
If, for any reason, you choose to terminate the website development, you will not get any refund.
We reserve the right to remove all Web content from the Internet if payment is not received in time.
